I’ve lived in a REEP property for the past 4 months the last month has been by far the worst experience I’ve had in an apartment. I have gone a month without AC, I have called the manager 50+ times and went many days without hearing from anyone. Geronimo, the property manager is incredibly rude and challenged me to take him to court for repairs because he felt that incorrectly installing a portable AC unit was enough.
