I have worked with both James and Joni on various insurance needs (including help with Connect for Health Colorado and our switch to Medicare) for several years now. I feel so grateful for them. Not only are they responsive, competent, efficient and well-informed, but there is a sense of real caring about our personal well-being as they have helped us navigate the various options.
