She is a very caring doctor and listens to you and explains everything in detail
I came down with this weird, rare form of sudden arthritis, and my presentation was atypical. I saw two other doctors before her where weren't sure what they were seeing. She figured it out immediately and got me on the right medication with the first try. I can now knit and play music again. She really cares, too. Like she's going to keep at the problem till she fixes it.
Dr. Khianey is a great doctor - when she can be reached. The front office never, and I mean NEVER answers the phone. I've called over 100 times within 4 months, left messages in the billing department as well - no one has ever bothered returning my call. On top of that, I was billed nearly $300 for a 10 minute video chat....TEN MINUTES! I had originally opted for a phone call just to update her, but was sent a link for a video chat invite despite making clear that I didn't have insurance.
