I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years because of fear and anxiety, but my experience at Reems Pointe Dental Care completely changed how I feel about dental visits. The dental hygienist shantel was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and protective of my situation. She took the time to explain everything and showed genuine care and compassion throughout my appointment. If you’re someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist, this review is for you. When I say I hate going to the dentist, I mean my heart races, I get sweaty, and I’m uncomfortable from the moment I walk in. It all stems from some not-so-great experiences over the years. Great Dental Team all very helpful will recommend and visit again
I'm out about 8 thousand dollars, including my dental insurance coverage. I had zero teeth pain before seeing them. I had 2 emergency visits including a root canal because their dentist broke one of my teeth. Go somewhere else.
Go anywhere else for dental care. They are not professional. I had to transfer dentists and have 2 emergency visits after seeing them. Their dentist cracked a tooth which I ended up needing an emergency root canal on. I'm out 6 grand after letting them work on me, plus another chipped tooth, plus my dental is maxed out for the year.
