I came in for an eyebrow service and she accidentally removed about 1/4 of my eyebrow. I have a HUGE family event tomorrow, so I was already pretty upset. But what really bothered me was her solution: she offered to tint the area to make the missing portion less noticeable and then tried to charge me an additional $10 for the tint. Mistakes happen, but I don’t think a client should be asked to pay extra to fix a mistake that happened during the service. She use good top of the line products. She is extremely down to earth and caring about her customers. She has so many good qualities that it’s hard to fit everything here.
