Booked with Reem Gleam for an end of tenancy clean. Communication was poor from the start, with little to no confirmation of attendance, but no issue with request of payment before the workers arrived on the day. Clean was extremely poor quality. Requested an oven clean which was included in the end of tenancy clean. The oven was left untouched after being told over the phone by the cleaners it was done. Dangerous driving, not a good idea when your name in on your vans
Booked in for carpet cleaning at 9am no one showed until 4 pm didn’t even move furniture just cleaned around it
Flat windows cleaned,very happy and will be using from now on.
