Have been going to this location for about 2 years now and I heard Jess was great. Before her, I had one stylist for over 10 years so I didn't really trust anyone w my hair at all. But she's always made me feel comfortable and heard. She asks me a ton of questions which definitely help me feel secure in what we're gonna do every time. I used Jess for my wedding and all of my girls, my mom, and myself looked beautiful and our hair all stayed perfectly throughout the night. In the end that's what matters. However, I guess we just didn't click. I did two trials with Jess leading up to the wedding and I asked for a half up half down style. The first trial I had to ask her 10 times to pin it higher and she kept pinning it at the base of my neck rather than my crown. The salon is really cute and everyone was very friendly and professional. I came in for a haircut with Lisa after getting a haircut somewhere else I wasn't happy with. Lisa took her time to make me feel comfortable and truly listen to what I wasn't happy with and wanted to change. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and really enjoyed the whole experience. I will be going back!
