I strongly urge you to steer clear of this facility, specifically if your appointment is with Reeli Reanu. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Reanu's unprofessionalism and lack of bedside manner were glaringly apparent from the start. She seemed in a hurry to get rid of me, barely listening to my concerns and offering one treatment option that required additional approvals. During my first visit I found Reeli’s behavior to be off-putting, dismissive, abrasive, and condescending. I was made to feel that I should have known how to mitigate my own problem in which I had sought relief. In my 74 years I am appalled by her interaction with a potential patient and the abusive manner in which she wishes to conduct herself. I am reaching out elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Reeli for 15 years. She has an amazing bedside manner! Has removed a couple of suspicious moles and caught them early! Highly recommend!

I went to see Dr Reinu regarding my feet and acne. As soon as she started talking I could tell she was impatient, rushed and rude. It felt like an interrogation the whole time. Do not recommend her! The place itself it’s nice.
