We can’t thank Tim and his team at Reel Silks enough for making our wedding decor absolutely stunning! Tim is a busy guy, so we had a little trouble reaching him at first, but once we connected, he was incredibly kindhearted and dedicated to bringing our vision to life. You can rent all sorts of decor at Reel Silks!
Reel Silks came highly recommended by the event manager at Hycroft Manor for drapes and chandelier decor in an outdoor setting. Tim, the owner of the company, was easy going, prompt and he made sure the set up and take down was on time with smooth execution. It was a pleasure working with Tim.
Poor customer service. The owner and his associate are quiet rude and unapproachable. On the day of the wedding, the quality of the service was not the same as discussed in the previous meetings, but at that point, you cannot do anything about it （you still have to enjoy your wedding). Overall, very disappointed.
