I sent to them they rebuilt it they sent it back but it had a problem so sent back and they can't fix it and they send it back plus $500. And they never have . It been over a year . They are thieves. And don't do any business with them.

Just got my beloved 35 year old Akai GX-747dbx back from Reel Pro Sound Guy for servicing. They appear to have done a very professional job at restoring the Tape deck. I highly recommend them to service you tape deck if you value yours as much as I do mine.

Knowledgeable staff that will help you fix your problem even before you send your reel to reel, avoiding unnessacry spending. They know what they're doing and don't overcharge

Bought some rack ears for a reel-to-reel from here. They work just fine and the customer service was great throughout the process. Will be purchasing from here again in the future

Watch out this guy will take your money and run. Gave him two Reel to Reel decks to fix and close to $1000.00. Said he need to order part then said he got sick then he said his wife got sick well its been 4 years won't answer may email's or my calls. "DON'T TRUST THIS GUY FOR ONE MIN."
