Ben is the absolute freaking BEST! I’d debated getting a conch piercing for over a month now and finally decided to go on yesterday and Ben was just unbelievably great from beginning to end! Absolutely spectacular !! I went in to get a septum piercing and it was a very good experience. Ben was extremely clean and made sure I was okay with every step. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The environment was very calm and clean everywhere. Ben made sure to tell my family and I about every single step in detail and made sure it made sense to us. He gave us a very clear explanation on how to keep the piercing disinfected and clean. Just as all of the other reviewers have said, Brad was amazing! Our 14-year-old wanted some additional piercings in the lower part of her ear and he was professional, quick, and gave great simple advice for the maintenance. Flawless and quick experience, thank you!
