Had nothing but great experiences here. We are “snow birds’” and they treated me like a regular. Bought a boat from them and the service it and help any way they can. Great bunch of guys. I will only use Reel Impact when we stay in the lower keys.
Great customer service! They took the time to look for the key we needed. We were very appreciative they saved our vacation!
WARNING. Was told they don't work on inboards. Outboards only! No way they would budge even though my boat has even better access than an outboard. I guess they have enough work to turn it down. Must be nice! Just sayin. Ad on Facebook makes it look like they work on anything.
I am down here in the Keys on vacation and my trolling motor decided to quit on me out of the blue. I was very concerned since I rely on it heavily for inshore fishing as well as wreck fishing offshore and I was beginning to accept that the rest of my trip may be severely hindered. I called Reel Impact and explained the situation and was referred to Eddy who I was told was the trolling motor guru.
