I called them about my trolling motor while on vacation. Joe told me they were slammed with trolling motors and it would be a while. I told him I understood and I was on vacation, but no worries. He put his tech on the phone and they fit me in to test everything. Luckily it was a minor issue and it was fixed. Amazing service! Honest and reasonable.
