I had recurring troubles with my left knee and started to accept it would be that way forever, until I met Myron from Reefrx. I’m from Spain so we did therapy through zoom. He is really attentive and observant so working through zoom was like walking in to the clinic, we worked together on excercises to strengthen the knee and all the muscles around it and since then i haven't had any troubles. As a surfer and climber, massages are a must. However, more often than not, the massages I've received tend to only provide short term relief and are mostly geared towards the obvious pain points - neck, shoulders, and upper back. Best medical massage ever. I've had many massages, treatments and all types of bodywork over 20 years to help a spinal cord injury, nerve damage and body mechanic issues and Myron just "gets it". He is really good at checking in during the treatment and making sure you are comfortable. It's more than a massage, he helps your body realign, release and heal. I'm a massage therapist myself and I've had a lot of great massages over the years and Myron is the best.
