Should have been a 5 Star however Hours of Service states 8am-5pm. Driver was there before 5pm had the reefer Download done before 5pm the payment was sent before 5pm Reefer download hit my email at 5:05pm but I still ended up paying Overtime charges for an hour labor for approx. 15 - 20 minutes worth of work. Great people over all but the being charged Overtime rates during posted business hours is pretty aggravating.
