Great! First, Cal helped me with the APU bypass valves enabling us tp get off the I-196 shoulder. Then he got us in for the repair to the hose and a Thermoking service in two days while we stayed at the Travelodge nearby and it was clean and inexpensive. All in all we are coming back to Reefer Services whenever we can.
