My spa was so badly maintained that it caused my whole family skin to be irritated due to lack of poor service and over loading Jacuzzi with high level of Chlorine. Never got a call from ownership to apologize or show any sort empathy. I decided to give a third chance to continue service, but their report from today’s service still show out of tolerance so no change to behavior. Guess I am not important. Cancelling service asap. Images show damage to swim suits and results of water sample from day of issue.

Alfredo, pool service technician is wonderful.
He arrives on time and does a great job of cleaning the pool, leaving no mess behind and making sure all the chemicals are aligned. Where they should be. I can't think of a thing. I'd ask him to do that. He isn't already doing.
