I cannot not recommend using Reef Title Co. My experience started pleasantly with polite phone conversations but when they missed an Fed Ex overnight cut off , they offered an alternative solution in a “ Mobile Notary “ . What they omitted was informing me I would be billed for this service and what the amount would be , even though it was needed due to their error . Only noticed the charge of the final closing docs .Most unprofessional. Additionally, on closing day , they had to be prodded twice to have their bank wire fund... read more
