Outstanding service and very easy to deal with. This company is exceptional, from the front desk, workshop and handover. Every staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable. They carried out an emergency repair for me whilst I waited. The mechanics are very professional. I can’t thank the staff enough for getting us back on the road.
We were taking our boat from Syd to Torres Strait asap for work. We had dramas with our auto pilot pump. Pulled into Bowen and had Chris come out to help me. He was not only quick to help but also very good to fix problem. Highly recommend Chris, Kate and all the team if you ever need them. Great service!!!

Cannot recommend highly enough. From the front desk to the workshop all went above and beyond to help me out when I had an accident with my boat on the way home from fnq to Victoria. Looked after me with a more than fair price helped organise a welder at a moments notice and made a bad situation into a complete non issue. Cannot recommend highly enough don’t think twice about using their services. Sorry guys bit late with the review but 10/10 service
To all the staff who spoke to me and helped me get my outboard motor back to working condition, I cannot thank you guys enough If I was back home in Sydney I would have to wait for ever to get back on the water, thanks again and I can keep enjoying my holiday.
