I normally don't post reviews but I felt the need to chime in after seeing a review that was negative. I have had nothing but good experiences any time I've come in. All the employees are happy to let me browse and are helpful when called upon. Never once have I felt like someone was rude to me in the store. The pandemic has caused heightened stress levels for everyone. It might do people some good to be a little more understanding when they are in someone's place of business.

Collete N Victor, I sincerely apologize If I came off as rude. Our structure building materials should not have been left in the hall, but we ran out of storage space in our craft room. I did not mean to come off as rude when I asked the gentleman to please not touch them. They are sensitive materials and we usually wear gloves when we work with them. Everything I needed to get my saltwater 75 up and going with live reef.
Most of everything I asked about was not available or could not be ordered. The male employee there was not friendly at all. No wonder the parking lot was empty!! Will never return, sb reefs or petland are my only options now.

We also try to avoid disrupting the consistency of our display tanks. We would be happy to try to help you again. We try our best to special order livestock for customers who request it. Great store with very helpful employees! They have an awesome selection of corals and much better prices compared to other stores and online. Jason and the others do a great job! I have a 25g lagoon and most of my corals have come from reef scapes and they are doing well and growing fast! I'll post some pictures later.
