I was very impressed with this hidden gem. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the place is clean and cute. It’s really nice to have a med spa in Carolina Beach to services this side of town. Miranda has amazing, she was personable with an attention for detail I truly appreciated. She made sure to take the time to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment while providing a relaxing environment. These ladies were amazing. I went in there and could barely stand due to throwing up all morning. I was severely dehydrated and needed some help. They hooked me to an iv and got just the right meds together and within ten minutes I could tell I was feeling better. This place was so helpful and so nice. I highly recommend using them and their services. I was able to continue enjoying my vacation after my trip here and owe these ladies a huge thanks!
Incredible experience. I went in for a Derma Facial and was SO impressed. Miranda was so knowledgeable - she explained each step of the process and their benefits. Not to mention, her room is cozy and inviting, made for the most relaxing and comfortable experience. Both Miranda and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming - will definitely be back.
I’ve enjoyed many services since the Reef’s grand opening and am thrilled with the results. Amy provides excellent facials, waxing and brow tinting. My skin has never looked better! And Tammy is a master at cosmetic injections. No need to leave the island for any of my skin therapy treatments. Staff is warm, welcoming and professional. Highly recommend.
