Absolutely fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable- perfactly situated near everything we wanted to see,yet still felt like a peaceful escape. The check in processwas seamless and incredibly fast,which we really appreciatedafter a long day of travel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, professional and well managed.

Extremely poor communication and aggressive behaviour from staff. We flew back from overseas on an overnight flight, arriving at 4am. I made this very clear via the booking message system because we required a late after-hours check-in, for somewhere to spend 5 hours whilst waiting for our connecting flight. Despite this, we were repeatedly sent automated messages stating that early check-in was not possible.. something we never even asked for. I've stayed at reef palms motel cairns and I would recommend this motel . Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Management is extremely helpful , respectful and polite. Grounds are kept clean and neat . I find it good that Management care for people that stay here , it's refreshing. Because of the clean rooms I would recommend this place to anyone. Location is close to town and hospital here in cairns. Great place !
