Customer service by Kristyle was terrible and then when i gave my feedback to the manager Eli I was told that Kristyle said I had an attitude because I didn't speak to her.. smh I stopped going here just had to stop in this am due to unfortunate circumstances but this dispensary is in it for the $$$ not to provide good customer service. I know MANAGEMENT does not care so i will not be returning...
So I went to the dispensary this morning and I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Krystal who was extremely rude when I gave my feedback to the manager Eli I was met with the employee is very respectful she said you didn't speak to her.... wtf when I gave my feedback to the manager Eli and the security stated that I will never be happy then I came back to get a refund only to see that the whole shop was standing at the front talking about me and the situation.
