Vivian at the front desk is incredibly rude & disrespectful. I tried delivering alcohol to a resident & she started going on about “age discrimination” because I can’t just leave the alcohol unattended without scanning an ID. It’s not age discrimination, it’s the law. Maybe hire more pleasant people to represent your establishment.
