I lived in this complex for nearly a year, and since the new manager, Lori—a super friendly Brazilian woman—took over, things have changed for the better. The complex as a whole looks nicer, with improved landscaping and greenery, is more organized, and generally gives the impression of being well-cared-for. I stopped by recently, and honestly, it’s a completely different place now. I was really impressed and am even considering buying an apartment there soon.
I would like to take a moment to recognize Lori, our Office Manager, and her assistant, Winston, for the outstanding job they do every day. They are both incredibly professional, dedicated, and helpful. Since they came on board, our condominium has become noticeably nicer, more organized, and better managed. Lori the property manager is unprofessional and disrespectful to the owners! I emailed with a question and never received a response, so I called and she refused to answer my question because she said she was busy. So I sent her an email expressing my dissatisfaction, she immediately responded with a lie and over explanation. As an owner, you can never get anything resolved and the staff is always quick to escalate any issue into a yelling argument. It’s absolutely unacceptable!
This place is a hot mess since they have hired a new manager she does not read our emails and has somehow got her friend in the office which does an even worse job!!! As an assistant she can’t even type 10wpm what are we paying for to be ignored!! why would you all hire a librarian to do office work she doesn’t know how to do anything & even the simplest of tasks must be somehow cross checked by someone else before MAYBE getting an answer. what is an assistants job exactly? what do you do if you can’t even open the emails an... read more
