Poor customer service from a used car sales rep.
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had, I was negotiating the purchase of a vehicle and in most cases had to call them to follow up. The day prior I had agreed to the final price they had put forward after being told it would have to be run by the big boss, only to be told the following day it was sold the day prior ( the very same day I agreed to their lowest price ) I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and clearly they have no ethical standards at all, a bit like most used car sales people.
