Don’t contact them if you have an urgent issue and you’re visiting Gladstone. They won’t help at all... “call roadside assistance if you breakdown on your way back to Brisbane” is the comment received from the young girl who answered my call. Thanks for not giving a toss, with the zero care-factor given.
Well 5 stars, after intial confusion, Things were exclated and solved a step ahead, sent the car to nearest depot, really appreciate it, Mr Glen Sharp, Natalie with finances was awsome, Miss Spencer too, and Mr Todd did good job as sale person..!
Sensational!!! Free loan car while I wait for my new car to be delivered! Cold drink on arrival! Fantastic service by great staff every step of the way. 2 thumbs up from me!
They don't seem to really care about sales. I wrote, politely, to ask for some photographs of the interior of a vehicle they have on sale. Only the exterior of the vehicle is shown on their website. There was no response whatsoever. Poor form.
Great service - Col went the extra mile when there was a miscommunication over car and we were going to be without a car Update: This review was for the sales team. I would recommend you DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIA TO BE SERVICED AT REEF CITY.I'd rather drive to Rockhampton than deal with these people. They'll be getting their own review!
