I called Reedy River Rooter since they had a Five Star overall rating and the reviews I read were all great. I called on a Sunday and got an answer and scheduled appointment in a timely manner. William and Jacob both presented honesty and a pleasant atmosphere with their customer service and knowledge. They were thorough during the entire process and what led me to believe they were genuine is the job cost was refigured which ended up being 200 dollars less than initial quote.
