Our family rented e-bikes for the first time on Labor Day. The staff was super nice & explained everything. The e-bikes were easy to use & fun. We rode up to Traveler's Rest & back. Highly encourage others to do so!
Nice equipment with friendly staff. They explained the equipment and provided a lock for the bike. I rented an ebike and rode the Swamp Rabbit trail to Travlers Rest. It was a nice town with nice places to eat.
Brought my bike in for walk-in service on the front brakes on Thursday morning. Gavin asked if he could help, assessed it, gave me a price, and I was out the door with a fixed bike in 15-20 minutes. I am very satisfied.
Came to GVL with a bunch of friends to ride the Swamp Rabbit trail. Booked e-bikes with these guys and had a wonderful experience! Average age was about 60 - they took great care of us. Routes, suggestions for dining, etc. The bikes were easy to use once the controls were explained. Will happily use them again!
