Dr Vemula is a brilliant caring doctor … he has been extremely helpful and supportive to my family who is going through an incredible stressful time He is patient and listens and you feel heard and understood by him . I don’t understand the other reviews saying he’s rude as he’s a quiet gentle man …
Beautiful practice and staff are really nice and helpful. Especially Manager Lisa, she is beautiful person and Manager, always professional and helpful. Always kind and greet with beautiful smile. Always experience great customer service from Lisa.
They refused to release my medical records unless I made a payment first. This is completely unacceptable and against the law – patients have a legal right to access their own health records. Holding records hostage for payment shows a serious lack of professionalism and disregard for patient rights.
The one star is not for the Medical Center itself but for Dr Chand whom I had an appointment with today. Unfortunately my experience with Dr Chand was disappointing to say the least. After waiting an extra 30 minutes which I was happy to do I was ushered in to my appointment and told to be "quick". The procedure I had done was not done properly and I didn't bother to ask about the other health concern that I was there for because she seemed so pushed for time and made it clear that she needed to make my appointment as short ... read more
I saw Dr Kavitha Kakkirala today. She was so rude and disrepectful. I simply asked for a referral. She said she couldn’t provide it to me because it was a telehealth consultation. She then proceeded to say that I will no longer be under her care because we’re not doing it “her way”. Seriously? What have I done to deserve such treatment? I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect and hate from a Dr. Rest assured I will never return to this clinic after this incident of abuse.
