The best customer service very knowledgeable and fixed my hydraulic brakeline that was cut on my amyet S8 very fast and professionally done so I brought my daughter's amyet V9 G60 her brakes was locking up on it and the Man i forgot to get his name fixed it in 5 minutes as I picked up my Amyet S8 and all for a more then reasonable price will definitely have all of our Ebike repairs and business for life they genuinely care about there customer and very professional a job well done thank yall at Reedy Creek Bicycles yall do i... read more
Absolutely awesome bike shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They aren't pushy and they listen to your questions, even if it's someone like me who doesn't know that much about bikes. Brayden (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was very helpful talking me through getting an old titanium road bike that I love but havent been able to ride for years road worthy again. I've definitely found my shop in East Tennessee. I will be doing more business with them in the future im sure.

The absolute "Don" of all bike shops. I would spend more there if I could LOL! Fantastic and knowledgeable staff can help you with questions and needs you may have. If nothing else stop by to have a beer at the in-house Bays mountain brewery.
Picked up my bike 7/31/25 after I had a problem with the chain slipping on my bike. I was charged, but nothing was fixed. I still had the same issue with it, so I disputed the charge. The merchant lied that I received the merchandise… think again, no, I did not. So you keep your little fee of $20 to fix it, and I’ll use it to finally give you your first bad review deal? Could have done the right thing in first place and fixed it.
