I have had life saving treatment at RAMC. Middle of the night chest pain ended up in a helicopter flight to UW Madison and stents placed in my heart. Professional and personal care throughout the process. They are very professional and personal in their commitment to serving patient needs. I have had nothing but superb treatment when needed.
Not a fan of the new clinic registration set up. Not even remotely private and having to tell the receptionist who you're seeing could potentially disclose to the entire desk and other patients why you're being seen. Not very HIPAA friendly.
Just outsource anything through medical imaging. It's not worth dealing with the lady there. She doesn't care about you and gets defensive so quickly. They cancelled my appointment and didn't bother to tell me so I had asked why and she just kept repeating that she doesn't make the rules. Didn't make any sense and wouldn't try to schedule me or make any attempts to help me understand what went wrong. My doctor is super nice and I always feel heard whenever I stop in. I called to make an appointment on Monday and got in that Thursday. I’m so used to waiting months!
