I schedule an appointment for Saturday to plumb a bathroom sink. I was told the plumber will call you when he’s 40 minutes out. At 1 pm, I call the office and no one answers. My appointment was from 6-8pm so I planned my day around that. I get a call at 1pm saying someone cancelled and he could service us now. I was not home and would not be home until closer to 5, but he now "couldn't work that late." Never received a call back even after I called back. Typical contractor.
After hours of trying to clear my tub drain. Which was completely clogged, leaving settling water in tub. I tried everything from the shop vac method, drain-o, hand crank snake.
