I've had Reed to my home two times to repair appliances. First trip was a sticking ice door on my refrigerator. Most recently was a loud rattling dryer. He was prompt and professional and repaired both appliances for a reasonable amount. It's nice that you get to deal directly with the person who is going to do your repairs. I highly recommend him and I'll be calling him in the future if the need arises.
