I've had Reed to my home two times to repair appliances. First trip was a sticking ice door on my refrigerator. Most recently was a loud rattling dryer. He was prompt and professional and repaired both appliances for a reasonable amount. It's nice that you get to deal directly with the person who is going to do your repairs. I highly recommend him and I'll be calling him in the future if the need arises.

Great service, fixed our stove. Arrived diagnosed the problem, found needed part for an older than 5yr Samsung appliance and scheduled return to repair. Even called to let us know he would be a bit late. Highly recommend Reed!
