Scott was a true pleasure to work with! He stayed in touch with me while I was setting up my loan, which I really appreciated. He was also able to deliver my vehicle to my place of work since I was unable to pick it up conveniently. I am beyond satisfied! I will recommend Reed's Quality Auto to everyone I know.
Very disappointed, visited the dealership on two separate weekends to view inventory and no one was there during posted operating hours, which on both occasions other people stopped by also and left frustrated. I reached out multiple times by phone and only got one response, tried reaching by text about vehicles for information and once again no response. if this is the quality of customer service they are giving I would hate to see the quality of the vehicles they are selling.

Found a vehicle on Facebook marketplace and contacted Mr. Reed about purchasing it. The vehicle was everything he described and he was an exceedingly friendly man. My wife and I are very happy with hus business and will think of him again when we are in the market for a vehicle.
