Always very professional and respectful. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing jobs.
We noticed a big problem with our septic system over the weekend and a whole crew was out first thing Monday morning in sub-zero conditions and got the situation squared away in short order. Brian was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job diagnosing the problems and did a very clean job rewiring the system…Im a picky person and am very pleased….yep I stuck my head in the tank to check it all out. Very good communication along the way and very prompt service. Thanks again!
Just paid $900.00 to have a frost-free spigot replaced that does not work. They showed me the water pouring into the pit when they turned the shut off valve on indicating a leak in the pipe somewhere. Told me I'd need to start digging to find the leak, packed up, wrote the bill out and left. Nice way of saying we do not want the job! Will not use again.
Crazy, dangerous driver (license ending NPF) for Reed's Plumbing gunned it to pass & cut me off yesterday in April... just to slam on breaks and swerve to avoid hitting the oncoming car on Nebo. I was going 5 over the whole time, but apparently this selfish jerk who represents this company doesn't respect my life- or my kids' lives. I had done nothing prior to deserve this. P.S. Ironic how he had 3 other cars in front of me that he had to go slow for all the way to SR32, after that dangerous immaturity.
We had a sewer issue and Reed's Plumbing was very quick to respond, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the recurring problem we had been experiencing. They are defiantly a great company to deal with!
