Very friendly staff. They have great hours. Little slow. I noticed it originally had the lunch counter and all the classic drug store charm. A shame they took the lunch counter out
All pharmacies should aspire to follow the same philosophy of customer service that Reed's Pharmacy follows. The pharmacists are available to speak with me if needed, the associates are kind and helpful, always. I've yet to have any problem that wasn't easily handled. The communication and customer service is above par with most businesses in this day and age. Many thanks to all, especially Tammy and Michael who always seem to help me out.
They don’t accept Medicare
Very difficult to get prescriptions filled with the correct amount of pills in the bottle and with the correct charge with insurance. How can they repeatedly not put the correct amount of pills in the bottle? Each time I went there was a wait when I’d been told on the phone that my meds were ready. Avoid at all costs
