HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wish I had read the reviews before I EVER placed an order with Reed’s. Ordered our material and “Required Date” was 5 days after we placed our order and paid for the materials. I've been purchasing from Reed's Metals since 2008 and have had the best service every time I have been there. Best customer service and attitudes around. Would highly recommend anyone needing metal roofing, pole barns, or metal buildings to give Reed's Metals a try. Also Melissa is my go to person for anything that I need and has always been a great help.
I will never again use this idiots nor recommend them to anyone. They come out (Ricky) and discuse what you want done, then give you a quoit. All good so for. Then 5 weeks latter they show up whit the materials and a crew that is contracted to install it. Now the Contracted was great but the roof and porch was nothing like what we had ordered. 3 feet shorter in length and 3 feet taller then we ordered. So now all of the 6”X6”X16 or too short. Should never have spent money here. Basically they are stealing what we've worked hard for. Purchased a building in January. Over 30 leaks in the roof alone. All around the windows leak. They've come to stop the leaks once and fix the leaks once. Yes, what the owner said. There's a difference between "stopping" and "fixing" the leaks. 5 months after signing contract: we paid for a leaking barn. They have sent out three different crews: 1 to build and two different ones to stop and fix. Each time the come, it only gets worse... read more
