I purchased my Wife’s engagement ring three years ago With a lifetime warranty. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re welcomed and service is immediate. They looked at my account and got everything set up for a repair at no cost. Highly recommend for quality service.

I had a great experience. Eric Stephenson helped show me a wide variety of earrings for my wife. Eric took an extra effort to show me earrings that were not on display and helped me find a great present. Eric booked up the earrings and put them in a great looking bag.
