My husband and I went last night to get a new engagement ring for an upgrade and Derek was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and knowledgeable, gave his opinions on every ring I tried and showed me different options based on what I told him I liked. He helped my husband look at some weddings bands for himself, too. I’m in love with my new ring. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in a store and it was all thanks to Derek!
