I was just browsing on a rainy day. I received sterlingly excellent service from Sabrina and Kaylene. They were very knowledgeable and patient. They provided me with different options. I look forward to continued experiences at Reeds in White Marsh.
Mrs. Kendra Jones was a spectacular help with helping me identify the exact pieces I wanted. She and the entire team were extremely kind, professional and welcoming when I entered the store with my significant other. From there Mrs. Jones helped us with her wealth of knowledge of jewelry and we quickly landed on the exact piece I wanted. Thank you Reeds and thank you Mrs. Jones!
Love the staff! Even when you’re just browsing, the staff gave us such an experience when picking the right ring for you! Kaylene was so insightful and taught me so much about diamonds and engagement rings. Now I know what I want and their pricing is not bad at all! Great customer service. Thank you!
