I went to pick up my jewelry and they couldn't find it... The next day no phone calls. Called just now and the woman said "idk what you're talking about but the guy you want to talk to will call you back" then hung up on me... Ummm if you don't know what's going on how can you know who I am?
I wish I could have the same 5 star experience as others but sadly I have nothing great to say about this store. Communication: horrendous. My special order was supposed to be ready in 8 weeks. Well, 5 months later and we're no closer to an end product. No one at the store ever called when there were issues with the order. No one seems to know what's going on there except the manager.
