I brought my diamond ring to Reed's for prong re-tipping, and they did a phenomenal job! They treated my piece with the utmost care, explained the process clearly, and provided an accurate estimate upfront. The repair is completely seamless—it looks brand new again. Taylor was incredibly professional throughout. I highly trust this store with my jewelry and will definitely bring future repairs here!

I had a watch service last year. Never heard anything for months. Keep calling, never could get any answer. Dm gave me 300. Credit , when I went to use it, no notes in system ,no one know anything about. I used 200. Should have a 100. Left. But the manager she said she was calling it even. Wasn't going to deal with it anymore. Called office waiting for dm to respond to my call.

Our Rep Mrs Kindra, was diligent and professional. She made sure all options were available to my husband and I. We are very pleased with the service and selection. Will return in the near future.
