Having lost some weight, my wedding ring had come loose and at times was falling off my finger. I was in need of resizing or getting a ring guard. Met with the Sales Professional Jan at the White Marsh Reeds Jewelers. She immediately cleaned my ring, she suggested and fitted me with the perfect sized ring guard. Went to the White Marsh Mall location in at the beginning of March with my father and son to get my mother Pandora charms for her birthday. Ms. Sharon was absolutely wonderful. She was so nice and helpful when we couldn't decode which charms to choose. She was extra sweet to my son and even packaged the charm he picked for his Nana in his own little bag to carry and give her. Alli was awesome, she made everything perfect! I'm a guy 1st time getting married, so I had a lot of questions, some probably stupid lol, but she answered every single question I had!! made it very very easy for me step by step! Last night I bought engagement ring, then me and my new fiancé came tonight to get wedding bands, and she helped us from beginning to end!! also I really like Reeds has beautiful rings for every budget, so I definitely definitely recommend!!
