The Team at Reeds in the Mall is amazing they are so helpful and friendly. I know when I send my husband in they will make sure I get the best of what they have on my Pandora Bracelet.

I have been waiting on an order that was for Christmas, ordered 2-1/2 weeks before Christmas and they are telling me at least another two weeks before they arrive making it the last of january before they can possibly receive them. They have to do inventory before they can fill any more items. Will not buy from them again.
Ordered a necklace for my wife the 2nd of November. Waited three weeks for a phone call...never go a call. Talked to the manager and he assured me that they had to reorder the necklace due to the fact that the original order was cancelled due to their lack of communication. So the store had to reorder it and the manager assured me that it would arrive last week. Manager said that they would call me this week (20th of December) when it would arrive.
