We were there to shop for a replacement Diamond and Richard Bolin listened to our wants, needs and budget. He was very professional and helpful. We'll definitely make Reeds our store for jewelry purchases. We are going to the Caribbean next month and had considered buying there but Richard made us feel so comfortable about our purchase that we knew we couldn't go wrong purchasing from Richard at Reeds. Customers for life!
Staff was really nice, but the manager took forever to help me. He decided to talk to his friends instead of helping the person who had been there longer.
