Jewelry Store I had two small solitaire diamond rings that I'd inherited and didn't wear. I decided to make them into a pendant. I checked with several stores, and I had the most help in this one. They showed me a large catalog of examples from which I could order a pendant base, and they gave me many helpful suggestions about how the diamonds could be placed. well service The caliber of the store did not fit the customer service. We stood around for five minutes, without being helped. When a sales associate finally came over to help, she decided to take a call while I was describing the type of setting that I was looking for, and she rudely reply that they do not have anything like that in the store. wonderful service Do NOT do business with The Jewel Box! These people are dishonest crooks! I sold a piece of jewelry to them for less than $100 because they said it was made of inferior material. I checked back later and they had priced it at $1150! Do not sell any of your valuable silver or jewelry to them because they will not treat you fairly. Their "bargain" prices are also no bargain. I find that their jewelry is marked above retail. STAY AWAY FROM THE JEWEL BOX UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
