Shawn came out to do a follow up on mine encapsulation dehumidifier and insulation install. He reached out to me beforehand and communicated his plans for arrival, and described the work he would be doing. He arrived when he said he would and communicated with me throughout the entire process as I was not able to be there. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my humidifier was safely connected to a power source. Shawn is the kind of employee that that gives a company a reputation!
We are very pleased with Reed’s Home Solutions. Everything from the initial on site estimate with Josh Reed, to the first crew, lead by Travis, and the completion oversaw by Shawn Scott and his team member, Jim was excellent. Everyone was very communicative and friendly. We would highly recommend Reed’s Home Solutions.
Shawn installed two sump pumps with battery backup and each had a geek system to report on pumping cycles and if a failure occurs. I was total satisfied with Shawn’s performance. Very polite and professional, he explained what he was going to do and kept me informed on the process.
