I got a quote for $850 by the owner of this company to finish hooking up my air conditioner which was fine I said let's do it and waited weeks to get an appointment when the tech came out of was obvious they didn't want to do it from the start then he tells me my coils are not right and mumble next thing I know he says it's gonna cost another $1000 so now they want $1850 to add 2 copper lines and a wire to the thermostat and vacuum and fill the freon which is Ludacris to say the least now they have ghosted me and won't retur... read more
Got new units put in last year and I have had nothing but problems with the units.
Shawn came after hours on a friday to get our heat back up and going. He arrived about 30 minutes after calling in a very timely matter. Very reasonable rates. They are a great asset to Benton.
