Like many others, I have depended on them for over a decade. I live very far away, but they continue to annually service my very temperamental Briggs and Stratton generator. After the initial installation, there were loads of problems for the first year because Briggs and Stratton had put it poor quality parts. Reeds came out 3 additional times for free to fix it. They worked with me to deal with a very misogynistic service department at B & S.
Great knowledge of course because generators are what they do.
They have serviced my generator for over 10 years along with instillation of a replacement generator. Always fast professional service.
