The HOA has significantly increased their fines, rules and regulations in 2026. You cant even have a garden flag anymore. Im stuck here because I bought a house. But I do not recommend living here. Cant even support my favorite sports teams or pride. I did it for 5 years then in 2026 i got a violation for it. The community is not happy hut the HOA doesnt care. It feels like Im not even the owner to my house anymore.
