The place is very peaceful and all the neighbors are all very friendly.
Stay far far away. Even thou you own your condo and all the members of the board are owners you will be treated like a tenant you will fined into selling your condo. All the owners of unit 2 have just sold due to the board member Debbie in 2B. She will make your life hell. Talk to other owners that are not board members before you buy.
