I was referred to Reed's Cleaning by my property management company because they require a professional cleaning prior to moving out. Bret from Reed's answered the phone immediately and was able to accommodate me. He set me up with Tanya who has over 10 years of experience. The owner communicated with us to get the floors done in a timely manner, even worked us in a little early. The price was fair and they did an excellent job on the cement floors.
Rude and unhelpful, rushed me off the phone by just telling me how busy and booked out they are. Did not seem interested in business.
Brett and his team were great. Responsive communication and a great job at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
