in 2011 I had a 70 lincoln dropped off ready for primer, blocking, and paint. in sept, 2015. i had picked the car up expecting what was said to be done had been done. in the past 4 years the car has seen little day light. all body panels show waves and low spots( dents). The paint looks like orange peel.
