I have not got my air con unit yet as i only rang up this morning to enquire about it. Raymond was highly professional and efficient on the telephone. He is ordering the one in i need and ill be going into the store to make payment. I am very impressed with the customer service so far.
They knew their appliances and were only too willing to provide the info i needed and the goods as well
